By studying politics, I am naturally interested in people, power and everything around that.

While I was studying, I stumbled over this student organization called AIESEC, which is dedicated to teach young adults leadership skills in an international and challenging environment. In my case, I took over the responsibility for a local office, 30 members and an annual revenue of 30k. This situation made me very much aware of what I can and can’t do. And it taught me a very important principle.

You have to put your people first.

This principle has been guiding me ever since, no matter if I work with the international guest researchers at one of Germany’s top universities or if I am part of the office team of a Member of Parliament at the German Bundestag.

At Why Not 3, I got the opportunity to create my very own environment, where everyone can thrive and grow. As the team is spread all over the globe, I ensure that everyone gets what they need and shares what they can. Or to put it in one sentence:

I organize what is needed so that people will live up to their fullest potential.

Being also a certified trainer, in my workshops all over Germany I enable the participants to broaden their horizon. No matter what is needed I provide it for them. This includes anything from strategic planning sessions to team mediation and conflict resolution, from moderation to intercultural sensitivity and from personal development or any other topic regarding education and growth.

As I believe in the importance of life-long learning in this ever changing and more complex growing world, I am seeking new challenges after I graduate this year.
