While in law school, Lova joined AIESEC where he eventually became one of the Team leaders for the United Nations Youthspeak video campaign in the Global AIESEC International network (active in 130+ countries).
Eventually, Lova ended up founding Lightning Video Editors and Lightning Animation Studio. There he helps companies that have an experience worth sharing but have trouble communicating their vision to their audience.

After a few years of founding Lightning Video Editors, Lova invested in a coaching company in the Netherlands. In less than a couple of months, they started getting over 200.000 views on their channel, closing the first year with a growth of over 900.000 views on the channel, and selling out a conference room in the nh Hotel in Amsterdam.
