Enthusiastic blog writer
I’m Noémie Bouin, an enthusiastic blog writer for the Why Not 3 team after working with Lova during a conference I was managing and where he delivered a workshop based on the Why not 3 principles.
I’m French and speak English with a surprising American accent which makes it hard for anyone to fully recognize me as « French ». I’m currently studying business and management and still figuring out what I want to do in my professional life.
Word lover & idea-seeker
I’ve always loved words and literature, my reading tastes particularly revolve around 19th century French authors such as Zola and Flaubert. I’ve always loved listening to what words have to tell the world, how they make ideas come to life for both the writer and the reader.
Having moved 9 times in 22 years, I’ve been meeting new people in new environments all the time, and this triggers ideas. From this experience, I’ve always looked for idea confrontation and creation, I love passionate late-night debates on any topic ranging from sweet vs salty breakfast to Plato’s interpretation of Socrates.
Engaged for the world
Throughout my life, I’ve engaged in many organizations and volunteered because I truly believe it is our responsibility to make the world a better place after we leave it.
Currently working for AIESEC, to the probable despair of my parents, I’m dedicating a year of my life to the national French Executive Board of this organization working full time to bring its vision of “Peace and Fulfillment of humankind’s potential » to reality in French youth.
Passionate for cooking
As a French, how could I deny my love for food? Well, I don’t, and I’m as passionate about making food than about eating it. Because, food is not only about survival, it’s about giving love to people. As a passionate cook, I love to share my passion for food as a volunteer cook in summer camps, or with friends dropping by my home
