The Alcat Test is a highly sensitive objective test for assessing which foods you may be intolerant or sensitive to.

It measures cellular reactions to over 450 substances and helps to discover which foods are responsible for inflammations.

In your results pack you will receive guidance on rotating your diet to either eliminate or reduce your reactive foods and maintain a balanced daily intake of each food group. It will help you select an interesting and varied eating program based on foods that are compatible with your unique biochemical makeup.

How does it work?

Step 1
Fill in the form and we will send all relevant information and science regarding the Alcat Test.
Step 2
Once you’ve chosen your package you’ll be able to transfer your payment.
Step 3
As soon as we receive your payment we’ll ship an Alcat box to you. Inside you’ll find several tubes and instructions on how to fill them up and how to send it back to the lab.
Step 4
This can go 2 ways:

1. We have a certified Alcat practitioner in your area. You call to set an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you and he or she will take your blood and fill up the tubes for you;

2. If there is no Alcat practitioner near you then you book an appointment with your local doctor between Monday to Wednesday to fill up the tubes. Don’t worry, this is a normal doctor appointment and in some countries is fully covered by your insurance.

Step 5
A couple of days before your doctor’s appointment you could call the shipping service to book a pickup of your package to be sent back to the lab. All instructions including a ready-made shipping box will be provided in your package.
Step 6
Once we receive your samples, we’ll run it through some tests to double-check how your immune system reacts to specific types of foods. Depending on your package we can test more than 200+ foods, toxins, chemicals, molds, and so on.
Step 7
You get your results within one to two weeks in PDF formats plus a detailed instruction of what foods you’re sensitive to, marked in coloured boxes.

The foods that indicate a severe reaction will be marked red, a moderate reaction will be marked orange, a mild reaction will be marked yellow and no reaction will be marked green.

To make your life easier you get a detailed suggestion meal plan that you can use to start eating healthy. As a bonus we’re also available for a consultation where we guide you through your results.
